What is the Ending song in Angels and Demons when the Pope walks out.?

The song that is playing RIGHT before he walks out is Election by Adoration. Then is just kinda… ends… and then the beautiful chorus chimes in when the Pope walks out. It’s not on the Soundtrack though. What is the song? where can I get it?
