    I feel very fortunate to have been able to see them before the band broke up.

    I agree. I’m not at all religious at all and think most religious ‘rock music’ is exceptionally lame. But I love this I’m glad the singer believes what he does – I think there’s more feeling in the music because for him the subject matter is so important. Sin/Death/Eternity rather than meeting his baby at the mall.

    This is more like …
    This is more like bluegrass and old country blues than any sort of country gospel, but it really resembles gothic rock with roots instrumentation than anything else. Whatever it is, it’s still awesome.
