I’ve got exactly the same speakers/colour too i’m running mine off a marantz 6010ose only rated at 50w they sound fantastic. Personaly i’d run them only with the SW908 sub though. Prob degrading the sound using another brand of sub like that

    nice setup. Just …
nice setup. Just changed my amp to a NAD 3155 from 1985 which is incredible. Makes my Pioneer sound little silly well ott and the Pioneer costs a stupid amount compared. Ive had newer nad amps like the c370 & c340 they sounded pretty good but they both broke down, very bad build quality. Maybe they have got better like the one you got. But it has put me off buying new amps when i know how good the old stuff was. Like the legendary 3020 which my dad owns

    How watts have these speakers??
    What is that subwoofer??

  19. christopher4636 says:

    Cos the Speakers …
Cos the Speakers are rated at 3 times the power of the amp!!! But NAD are well known for underating their amps. Yeah I kinda didn’t write what I meant, I meant that the amp ‘could’ have lacked in dynamic power to get the speakers moving!!, but it didn’t, as NAD rocks!!!

  20. Mjbabycakes7072 says:

    Why would the amp …
Why would the amp have problems driving a speaker because of the speakers power rating? Thats illogical thinking.

  21. christopher4636 says:

    more feedback?? …
more feedback?? what feedback, I’d put the amp on top allowing for better ventilation because the NAD 325Bee can get quite hot…

(sorry to be a pain) no it’s ok all comments are welcome. you are correct about your point.

  23. olanzip says:

    That sounds nice!! …
That sounds nice!! But you should put your cd player on top of the amp at least. As you will get more feedback.

    Sorry to be a pain.

  24. christopher4636 says:

    I finally got round …
I finally got round to getting the NAD 325bee, Tis an awsome amp and it sounds good to my ears too. It doesn’t seem to have any problem driving my mordaunt short 906i’s which are rated at 150w RMS.

  25. christopher4636 says:

    oh right, thanks a …
oh right, thanks a lot for your help, I’m still considering that amp, or a slightly bigger one to drive a couple of little KEF cresta 10s. Enjoy your awsome set up.
    Cheers mate.
