Not the kind of deaf toned voice. I’ve been singing for a long time, and my singing voice never sounded like my talking voice, until a few days ago I only realised that my voice has changed.
My friends say that it doesn’t sound bad at all, but I don’t know much singers that have a singing voice similar to their talking voice.
Many singers do, most ballads or sung with a talking voice. Don’t worry about that, just get your voice to do what you want it to do, if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.

I think it’s okay. I remember watching a video and some guy who was experienced with singing said that those who are able to sing well with their talking voice have skills. So I think your lucky.
And I know a lot of singers who have a singing voice the same with talking voice. One of them is Miley Cyrus, and the rest aren’t American singers. So you wouldn’t know them. But listen to The Climb, and watched her interviews, you can tell the two voices are very similar.

It’s fine! It doesn’t matter really, as long as you sound good, no one will care. And by the way, Miley Cyrus sounds the same when she sings.
